The staff is so friendly and helpful! My daughter has been a patient there for over a year and we've never met one person working who wasn't amazing! The doctors are very personable and willing to explain things as well. Will be taking both of my boys to them too, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am so impressed with how accommodating and kind everyone was at our visit today. Getting braces can be a scary thing, but my son felt so at ease. Everyone went above and beyond. I don’t know of any other doctor that makes a personal phone call to each patient the first night to check on their patient. Wow! I will recommend them to everyone.

Can’t recommend this practice enough. Getting braces as an adult is scary enough on its own. So I’m so grateful that I had the team at Murray and Iszkula to guide me through the whole process. Not only were they helpful, they were incredibly patient with me. The best orthodontic practice in Erie.
My first visit to the office and it by far exceeded my expectations!!!! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Im an adult getting braces so i was definitely skeptical.Even got a very personalized welcome card in the mail and not to mention a super cool t shirt at the office!!! My daughter loved what she called "the playground." I am excited to start my journey With Dr Iszkula's office!
Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Iszkula and his staff! Everyone is so friendly there, especially Nicole, Julie, and Jill. They make every visit so personable which makes you feel comfortable! Love the all around atmosphere of this office. I got my braces on at an older age than most (24 yrs old), and was nervous and self conscious at first. But, Nicole and Dr Iszkula assured me the result would be amazing, and it truly was. I had mine on for 21 months which was under the estimated treatment time. I have a wedding coming up and he assured me they would be off by then. Today, I got them off and was the most excited I've ever been about something. He gave me self confidence which I've lacked for so many years. Now I can smile proudly! Their customer service is the BEST I have seen anywhere. They were so flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend to anyone interested in orthodonticts. I hope I can help anyone who is having doubts about getting braces, because it literally changed my life! Thank you sooo much to everyone at Iszkula Orthodonticts!
I just started at this practice and they have already been fantasic. All of the saff members are very kind and helpful. Dr. Iskula is a wonderful doctor and seems to care very much about his patients. He is very enthusiastic about what he does and explains things in a way that are easy to understand. The office is easily accesible if any problems occur, no matter when or what time they occur. The point system they do for rewards and the contests are a nice added bonus and a great way to push kids and even adults like myself to be more active in the community! I have about 2 more years to go with my braces and im glad it will be at this office!
Very friendly staff and they are really welcoming. Lots of things to do for patients like contests that you can enter, they have a beverage bar, and they have a miniature indoor playground! The staff coordinates awesome events for us patients, they also really treat you like family,
